Intro to Climbers Self Rescue
Who's it for?
Anyone who has experience of leading rock climbs, and it is primarily aimed at those already climbing multi pitch routes and/or sea cliffs or those who will be in the near future.
The aim of this course is to give you all of the skills needed to rescue yourself or your climbing partner along with how to hopefully prevent having to do so in the first place. Over the course of the day you'll learn a variety of rescue 'tools' so that you'll leave the course with a 'toolbox' full of techniques that can be applied to as wide a variety of situations as possible.
All safety equipment is provided free of charge.
